Overview of these terms

The BDGameScout site is editorial — we do not host user accounts, so the "terms" here concern your use of the site itself and the recommendations it publishes. You may read, share, and reference our reviews freely; you may not republish them wholesale without permission, and you may not strip attribution or imply an endorsement that does not exist. Our review scores, bonus values, and payment lists are refreshed every 30 days; the site timestamps each page so third-party citations can be dated accurately.
Affiliate disclosure and conflict-of-interest policy
Several operators reviewed on bdgamescout.com participate in affiliate programmes that compensate us when a user signs up through a tracked link. We disclose this relationship at the top of any page that contains an affiliate link, and — importantly — the existence of an affiliate relationship does not influence our scoring. Limitation of liability

Dispute resolution
Disputes regarding this site's editorial content are handled first through direct contact — use the email address on the contact page. If a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it will proceed to the competent courts under the governing law of Bangladesh. Disputes between you and a third-party betting operator should be escalated to the operator's licensed regulator (the licensing authority is listed on every operator review page).

Modifications to the service
